On this page, you will be able to submit key and prox card requests.
Please call security at 407-708-2178 with any questions.

Currently, the page is for hard key and prox card requests for the Altamonte and Heathrow campuses only.
Tenants should fill out the Key form located at https://seminolestate.edu/security/online-forms

All other campuses are sent via the key and prox card forms located at seminolestate.edu/security/online-forms and submitted to security@seminolestate.edu.
